The 2023-2025 Strategic Plan for Habitat for Humanity Northumberland identified the need to map the supply and services on the affordable housing continuum in order to identify service and supply gaps, as well as any potential overlapping services. We partnered with Northumberland United Way and Northumberland County to work with Monika Turner from Roving Capacity on this project.
We are pleased to present the full “Many Houses, Few Affordable – Housing Continuum Project” report which confirms with data and examples that the people who need affordable, deeply affordable, and supportive housing cannot find such housing in Northumberland County.
