Because our administrative costs are covered by our ReStore, your monetary donations to Habitat for Humanity Northumberland go directly to building homes for local families. The mortgage payments of these future homeowners then, in turn, help fund other homes for other families. Habitat is dedicated to providing much needed affordable housing in our communities.

 

The Habitat Northumberland model is all-inclusive which means that everyone's contribution is appreciated and valued. The gifts we receive and the reasons they are given are as unique as the people who offer them. From a local child's $3 lemonade stand donation, to a home build sponsored entirely by one local family or company, our supporters understand that their gifts do more than build houses. Donors can give money, time and material goods to the Habitat build cause. Our ReStore accepts new and gently-used material donations.

Charitable tax receipts are offered for monetary donations of $20.00 dollars or more, and material donations valued at $50.00 or more.
