We partner with families and individuals to create and maintain sustainable housing solutions, helping people build strength, stability, and self reliance through homeownership and critical home repairs. About the Role:

As the Housing Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting families in achieving homeownership. This role is key in guiding families through the application and partnership process, managing relationships with homeowners, and ensuring the success of our homeownership and critical repair programs. The ideal candidate will be community-focused, with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the homeownership application process

  • Managing relationships with homeowners, pre-approved families, and applicants

  • Ensuring compliance with mortgage and loan agreements

  • Supporting the CEO in investigating alternative mortgage and loan structures to match the needs of the housing market

  • Overseeing the distribution of critical repairs and furniture program projects

  • Participating in local advocacy efforts related to affordable housing

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the social service field or community development

  • Strong people and project management skills

  • Analytical and financial acumen

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,950.00-$53,235.00 per year
