And just like that we have two active build sites. This April we started construction on our single family home on 604 Daintry Cres. in Cobourg. Back on July 7th, 2023, we officially broke ground on this project but could not focus on it as we were still working feverishly to make progress on our Baltimore Net Zero 7 unit Townhome project.
With help from our friends at Behan Construction, EC Builders, Castleridge Concrete and Pump-It Concrete, the footings were poured and the ICF forms built and filled. As of this week the floor system for the home has been assembled and with the good weather we are hoping to continue on with the build at a good pace.
Much of the work accomplished at 604 Daintry Cres. has been with the support of partnerships with local contractors. It is with their skills and expertise that we can move quickly with the framing of this build so that we can move forward with drying in this unit as soon as possible.
